Growth — Domain Description (Delegation Canvas)

Date/Version: 2026-04-07 Delegator: Alex Razbakov Review date: 2026-07-07

Purpose

Primary Driver: The Agora framework exists but has limited visibility. Without active growth efforts, adoption stays near zero and the liquid democracy vision cannot be validated with real users. Main Requirement: Build awareness and drive adoption so that 50+ users are running their own Agora by end of Phase 1.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create content that explains the vision (blog posts, videos, social media)
  • Build community around governance innovation and AI agent teams
  • Identify and engage with relevant communities (civic tech, AI agents, S3/sociocracy)
  • Prepare and deliver conference talks / workshop proposals
  • Track adoption metrics and user feedback
  • Manage the landing site content and messaging
